Shipping & Compliance
All orders from Bulk Godis Candy Wholesale ship exclusively within the United States. Orders are sold in compliance with applicable U.S. federal and state food, import, and labeling regulations.
International Customers
Customers outside the U.S. must contact us directly.
International orders are shipped from Sweden under a separate pricing catalog.
Shipping costs, delivery times, duties, taxes, and import requirements vary by country and are quoted individually.
Bulk Godis Candy Wholesale is not responsible for compliance once products are exported or resold outside the U.S. Customers assume full responsibility for all local import laws, duties, permits, and regulations.
Shipping Services
Domestic shipping via:
- UPS
- USPS
- FedEx
Use of customer carrier accounts may be requested but is not guaranteed.
Shipping Costs
Rates are shown at checkout.
When free shipping applies, we select the most cost-effective carrier.
Handling Fee
A $10 flat handling fee applies to all orders.
Some items may be repacked into food-grade resealable bags for shipping protection.
Freight (LTL)
LTL shipping available upon request.
Additional services or surcharges may apply (liftgate, appointments, restricted access, refrigeration, etc.).
Cold Shipping
Temperature-controlled shipping may be required for certain products.
Any added cost will be confirmed before shipment.
Returns
Returns accepted only for:
Quality issues – Contact immediately for approval.
Shipping damage – Report within 48 hours with photos. LTL damage must be noted on the bill of lading.
Incorrect items – Replacement shipped if available or refund/credit issued (photos required).
All returns require prior approval. Credits are issued per unit only.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods
- Items damaged after delivery
- Opened or used products
Liability
Liability is limited to replacement, refund, or store credit of eligible items only.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Credits & Refunds
Credits apply to future purchases.
Refunds issued at our discretion.

All orders are governed by the laws of the state where Swedish Candy Wholesale operates.
